To provide you with better services, we need you to agree to the following terms.

Tips:

Before you register as a TGFISH VPN user, please read and fully understand the "Terms of Service - TGFISH VPN" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). You should carefully read and decide whether to accept all the terms of this Agreement. Unless you fully agree to all the contents of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in, or use the services provided under this Agreement. Your actual use of the service, such as registration, login, or use, will be considered as your acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement is established between TGFISH VPN and the user regarding the internet access services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by TGFISH VPN, specifying the rights and obligations of both parties during the use of the Service. "User" refers to the individual who registers, logs in, and uses the Service.

TGFISH VPN reserves the right to update this Agreement from time to time. The updated Agreement will take effect immediately upon publication and replace the previous version without further notice. Please review the latest version of this Agreement regularly to ensure you are aware of the most current terms.

Company Statement

1. TGFISH VPN is a product and registered trademark owned by Cloudfish Network Technology LTD. Any reference to "TGFISH VPN" in this document should be considered as a reference to Cloudfish Network Technology LTD, carrying the same legal effect.

2. Cloudfish Network Technology LTD is a company registered in the Republic of Singapore and strictly complies with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and those of trading countries. Users should understand on their own whether using TGFISH VPN in other countries/regions might violate local laws and regulations, and in any case, they bear full responsibility for any losses or legal liabilities arising from disregarding local laws.

3. TGFISH VPN is fully aware that in certain countries or regions (including but not limited to the People's Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Cuba, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, etc.), using this service may be considered illegal. TGFISH VPN clearly advises citizens of these countries or regions not to register for or use this service, and also advises users from other countries to refrain from registering or purchasing TGFISH VPN services while residing in these regions. For more information, please refer to Section 2 of the "Company Statement".

Account Registration

1. Once the user successfully registers as a TGFISH VPN user, they will receive a dedicated account and have the right to log in and use the service at any time using the registered email and password set during registration.

2. The user is fully responsible for the security of their account and assumes full legal responsibility for all actions taken through their account and any related events.

3. TGFISH VPN commits not to disclose the user's personal privacy or related information without the user's authorization, unless required by applicable laws, regulations, or mandatory requests from judicial or regulatory authorities.

4. If the user's password is compromised, or if there are other risks to the account's security, the user should immediately contact TGFISH VPN customer service to take appropriate measures. If the user fails to notify and take effective measures in a timely manner, any resulting losses and legal liabilities will be borne by the user.

User Conduct Guidelines

1. Users must have full legal capacity to act and the ability to enter into legally binding agreements and fulfill corresponding obligations.

2. Any TGFISH VPN service subscribed to is for personal use only. Users may not share their account information on any platform in any form, including but not limited to usernames, passwords, subscription links, service access addresses, or any other method that may allow multiple users to share the service. Any unauthorized account sharing constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement.

3. When using TGFISH VPN services, users must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and TGFISH VPN's policies. Users must not use this service to engage in any illegal, improper, unethical, or inappropriate behavior. Specifically, content created, uploaded, copied, published, or distributed by the user during their use of the service (including but not limited to profile pictures, usernames, personal information, verification details, as well as text, audio, images, videos, charts, and related links sent and received through the service) must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of both the user's location and the Republic of Singapore. All actions must adhere to the following basic principles:

    3.1 Content that violates laws and public order

  • Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
  • Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting national power, undermining national unity, or harming national honor and interests;
  • Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
  • Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults or superstitions;
  • Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;
  • Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist, or criminal-inciting content;
  • Insulting or defaming others, infringing on others' legitimate rights and interests;
  • Spreading other content prohibited by laws and regulations;

    3.2 Malicious behavior and abuse of network security

  • Any form of unauthorized data access, system intrusion, or network penetration, including but not limited to accessing others' accounts, servers, APIs, or databases;
  • Interfering with, damaging, or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of other users, hosts, networks, or services, such as through sending massive data packets, email bombing, DDoS attacks, etc.;
  • Intentionally spreading malicious programs or code, including viruses, worms, trojans, spyware, etc.;
  • Bypassing or attempting to bypass the authentication mechanisms and security measures of hosts, networks, or accounts;
  • Using the service for attacking, scanning, listening, probing, or damaging other systems or websites;
  • Disseminating any illegal information;
  • Engaging in any illegal trading activities;

    3.3 Infringing on others' legitimate rights and interests

  • Publishing any content involving sexual or sexually suggestive material;
  • Including content that insults, threatens, or intimidates others;
  • Publishing harassing, spam, malicious, or deceptive information;
  • Infringing on others' privacy, personal information, or data, including but not limited to unauthorized collection, use, or disclosure of others' personal information;
  • Infringing on others' reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights;
  • Publishing any content that could interfere with the normal operation of the service or infringe on the legitimate rights of other users or third parties.

Service Content

1. TGFISH VPN Service Content

    The specific services provided by TGFISH VPN depend on the actual situation, including but not limited to the following services:

  • - Enterprise network access online consultation service;
  • - Network access service;

2. All notifications and other related information will be sent via email or other contact methods provided by the user.

3. To avoid unnecessary disputes, it is recommended that users try the service before purchasing the product or subscribing. For specific refund policies, please refer to the company's relevant regulations.

Refund Policy

1. TGFISH VPN will not offer refunds to users in the following situations:

  • Any items involved in service termination initiated by the user;
  • When applying for a refund, if the user behaves inappropriately, such as attacking or abusing customer service staff;
  • If the user encounters issues during the trial period but still insists on purchasing the product and then requests a refund based on that issue;
  • If the user used a controversial or high-risk payment method (e.g., disputed credit cards, unusual PayPal accounts) to purchase TGFISH VPN products;

2. TGFISH VPN will offer a balance refund to the user in the following cases:

  • If the user wants to upgrade, downgrade, change the plan duration, or request a refund;
  • If the user wishes to pause the service, they can convert the remaining plan time into balance and apply for a refund;
  • If the user did not try the relevant features when purchasing the product and the service does not meet expectations;

3. TGFISH VPN will provide a refund to the original payment method in the following situations:

  • Users purchasing the same-tier products encounter issues that did not appear during the trial period;
  • If TGFISH VPN changes the service content during the trial period, before the user purchases the service;
  • If the customer service team has a poor attitude without reason;
  • In other cases where TGFISH VPN deems it necessary to refund through the original payment method;

4. TGFISH VPN will decide whether to provide a full refund or partial refund based on specific circumstances.

Service Termination

1. TGFISH VPN has the right to terminate providing services to the user in the following situations:

  • The user violates relevant provisions of this service agreement;
  • If the user has not used TGFISH VPN services for more than six months, TGFISH VPN has the right to terminate services to the user and will no longer retain the user's related data;
  • If the user uses TGFISH VPN services to spread content that violates this agreement, TGFISH VPN has the right to withhold the funds in the user's account;
  • If this service agreement is terminated or updated, and the user explicitly expresses unwillingness to accept the new service terms;
  • Other situations where TGFISH VPN deems it necessary to terminate services.

2. After service termination, TGFISH VPN is not obligated to retain the original account information or any data related to the original account.

Service Changes and Interruptions

1. Due to the special nature of network services, users must understand and accept that TGFISH VPN may change or interrupt part or all of the network services. During this process, TGFISH VPN has the right to delete (no longer store) any information submitted by users during their use of the service, without prior notice to users and without assuming any responsibility to users or third parties.

2. TGFISH VPN may periodically or irregularly conduct tests, maintenance, or updates on the platform providing network services, which may cause service interruptions for a reasonable period. Although TGFISH VPN will try to notify users in advance, TGFISH VPN is not responsible for this. In case of unforeseen force majeure events (e.g., large-scale malicious traffic attacks, natural disasters, etc.), TGFISH VPN is not required to notify users in advance and is not responsible for any consequences that may arise.

Modification of Service Terms

1. TGFISH VPN has the right to modify any content of this service agreement at any time. Once changes are made, TGFISH VPN will notify users of the modifications through appropriate channels.

2. If you disagree with the updates or modifications made by TGFISH VPN to this service agreement, you have the right to stop using TGFISH VPN services.

3. If the user continues to use the network service, it will be considered that the user has accepted the modifications made by TGFISH VPN to this service agreement.

Disclaimer and Indemnity Statement

1. If TGFISH VPN clearly specifies a change in service provision methods and reminds users of necessary actions, any consequences arising from the user's failure to follow these instructions will be borne by the user.

2. The user explicitly agrees that the risk of using TGFISH VPN services is entirely borne by the user, and any consequences arising from the use of TGFISH VPN services will also be borne by the user.

3. The user agrees to protect and maintain the interests of TGFISH VPN and other users. The user agrees to indemnify TGFISH VPN or any third party for any damages caused by using the service. If TGFISH VPN or any third party suffers losses due to illegal, untrue, improper, or infringing actions by the user or violations of any terms of this agreement, the user shall be fully responsible for the indemnification.

Privacy Statement

1. Scope of Application:

  • Personal registration information provided by the user when registering a TGFISH VPN account;
  • When users use TGFISH VPN services or visit related web pages, TGFISH VPN automatically receives and records data from the user's browser, including but not limited to IP address, the web pages the user requests, and other information.

2. Use of Information:

  • TGFISH VPN will not sell or rent the user's personal information to anyone, unless prior consent is obtained from the user;
  • TGFISH VPN does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or distribute users' personal information by any means. If any user engages in the above activities, TGFISH VPN has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user and freeze their account;
  • TGFISH VPN may use users' personal information to provide services, including but not limited to sending product and service information to users.

3. Disclosure of Information:

    In the following cases, your personal information may be partially or fully disclosed:

  • Disclosed to a third party with the user's consent;
  • Disclosed in accordance with relevant laws or requirements from administrative or judicial authorities;
  • If the user violates the laws of their country or the Republic of Singapore, or the website policy, it may be disclosed to third parties;
  • For bank account information provided by the user during the use of TGFISH VPN, TGFISH VPN will strictly adhere to relevant confidentiality agreements.

Others

1. TGFISH VPN reminds users to pay attention to the terms in this agreement that limit TGFISH VPN's liability and users' rights. Users should carefully read and independently assess the risks. Minors should read this agreement with a legal guardian.

2. The final interpretation of this agreement belongs to TGFISH VPN. TGFISH VPN reserves the right to interpret and modify this agreement.

3. This agreement is effective from March 12, 2023.
